Let me start by saying that I am shocked by this "diet". For a number of reasons, actually. First one being that I wasn't hungry at all. Normally, I think about food CONSTANTLY. I was always checking the fridge, the cabinets, stopping at fast food restaurants, etc. I never felt full or satisfied by food. It was an all day, every day obsession. A few months back, I found this beautiful china cabinet. Okay, so maybe it wasn't so beautiful yet... Well, that's not the whole cabinet, because when we got the cabinet into the house, it was too heavy for me to pick up and move by myself, so we just placed the top on the ground so I could paint it without the use of a ladder. Well, you might have noticed that since this post, I haven't had much to say about my diet. Even though I was ready to get started, I knew that I would be going to the Haven Conference, and then off a few days later for our two week long road trip. Hi Strangers!! It feels like it's been forever since I've sat down to write a post. Well, at least at my desk. My little family is currently on the road, visiting some of the most interesting places in the US. Well, interesting to us, anyway. So far, we've stopped in Orlando, New Orleans, Amarillo, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Roswell, and Memphis. We are heading out to see a little of Memphis today, and then heading to North Carolina and finally, Atlanta, before heading home.
